Seeking Butcher, Butcher Helpers

We are seeking a butcher as well as a team of butcher helpers and assistants to staff our new on-farm
abattoir. Both full and (very) part-time opportunities are available, as well as a wide range of
opportunities depending on experience and aptitudes. We currently have a farmgate-plus license
under which we slaughter our own poultry, and will soon be achieving our Abattoir license, allowing us
to slaughter our own organic beef, pork, and lamb, as well as providing custom services to
neighboring farms and hunters. Join our team and help us grow food security in our region!
