The health and safety of everyone - our clients, our employees, and our community is important to us.
We are employing the following measures in the Lillooet WorkBC Centre to minimize any possibility of COVID-19 transmission:
We are limiting in-person visits and instead, providing the full range of WorkBC services and supports virtually (phone appointments and email) during regular business hours. In the event you do require an in person visit, we can assure you we are following WorkSafeBC policies regarding COVID-19 safety in our office. This includes regular surface disinfecting, hand washing/sanitizing, and physical distancing.
We are Open for Walk-in access to our Resource Room (computer stations) weekdays during the following times:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:30 -11:30 AM & 1 - 3 PM
- Wednesday: 11 AM - 1 PM & 3 - 5 PM
To ensure physical distancing is maintained, a maximum capacity of 2 clients will be permitted in the Centre. All appointments must be scheduled and booked through our front desk or through your Employment Advisor. All clients and staff entering our office will be risk assessed for possible COVID-19 transmission to minimize risk.
To help you find and keep employment we continue to offer free resume assistance, work clothing and equipment for new jobs, self employment and occupational training support.
