Lillooet brewing Company is looking for 2 part-time servers to join our team. Applicants must be at least 19 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and utilizing serving it right guidelines.

• Operate a POS system for processing orders and payments.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving/prep area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.

• Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change.

• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.

• Uphold all local laws regarding alcohol service and food handling practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.

• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.

• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Serving it right certification is mandatory.

• Food safe certification is preferred.

• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
