The Senior Mining Engineer - Projects will play a key role in advancing Talisker’s mining projects from concept through development and execution. This position will lead mine design, scheduling, and technical evaluations while working closely with geology, permitting, operations, and external consultants to support safe, efficient, and economically robust project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering (or equivalent); P.Eng. designation preferred.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in mining engineering, with a focus on project development.

• Experience supporting studies (PEA, PFS, FS) and/or mine development projects.

• Strong knowledge of underground mining methods (surface experience an asset).

• Proficiency with mine planning and scheduling software (e.g., Deswik, Vulcan, MineSched).

• Experience working in a junior or mid-tier mining environment considered an asset. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. 

Location: Bralorne, BC  

Job Type: Full-time, Regular

Schedule: Full-time; the position is 14 on/14 off on-site. 

Compensation Range: CA$135,000.00-CA$175,000.00 per year, depending on experience
