Description

The St’át’imc Education & Training (SET) Program Manager is responsible for providing
leadership and coordination of the SET Program for communities, including planning, program
development and implementation, financial management, supporting community capacity
development, strategic partnership development, and reporting in consultation/collaboration
with the SGS Administrator.
The immediate priority of the SET Program is to negotiate an agreement between St’át’imc and
BC Hydro that provides for the development and maintenance of a long-term Education &
Training Program for the St’át’imc. The Program will be a joint program of BC Hydro and the
St’at’imc (PC) with accountability for the development and implementation being shared
equally between both parties. The successful candidate will take a leadership role over the
implementation of this priority.
