Description

Fort Berens Estate Winery is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Tasting Room team for the upcoming summer season. As a Tasting Room Associate, you will create exceptional guest experiences, provide wine tastings, and educate guests about our wines, our vineyard, and the winemaking process.

We are looking for full-time, part-time and on-call seasonal Tasting Room Associates.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
• Conduct wine tastings and provide guests with knowledge and information about our wines, our vineyard, and the winemaking process.
• Sell wine and other merchandise to guests.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Tasting Room.
• Assist with winery events and special projects as needed.
• Promote Fort Berens wines to visitors

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• An interest in wine and general enjoyment of wine.
• Ability to communicate effectively and enthusiastically about our wines to guests in a high-volume environment.
• Must be 19+.
• Serving-it-Right Certificate is required.

Wage: 

• $18-$20 per hour, plus incentives
