Savona Specialty Plywood Lillooet Veneer Division, located in Lillooet, BC is a producer of high quality veneers for our specialty plywood mill Savona Specialty Plywood, a technologically advanced producer of overlaid MDO and HDO concrete forming panels in North America. With quality fir veneer produced at our Lillooet veneer plant, we are committed to producing panel products exceeding our customers’ expectations.

We are currently seeking certified Journeyman Millwrights in our Lillooet Veneer Division.

• Lillooet is located in southwestern BC, is a very scenic, full service municipality, offering unlimited outdoor recreational opportunities, schools, a hospital as well as a modern recreational facility

Industrial Millwright

What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the certified Industrial Millwright will have five to ten years experience in an industrial setting preferably in the veneer or plywood industry and experience with lathes, hydraulics and compressors. Experience or other trades certifications such as welder or fabricator would be an asset.

What we’re looking for from you:

• Journeyman certification

• Experience preferred (min 5 years)

Aspen Planers offers wages as per the USW agreement. A generous benefit package is included after successful completion of probationary period.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

• Day / Afternoon shift

• Weekends
