Seasonal Summer Program Instructor

Resumes are being accepted for the Full-Time Seasonal position of Summer Program Instructor at the District of Lillooet REC Centre
Scope of Work
Responsible for organizing, supporting and marketing a range of summer recreation programs, with emphasis on youth programming.
Rate of Pay
This is a Union position within CUPE Local 173. The current rate of pay is $27.19 per hour. This position will run from the end of June 2025 until end of August 2025 (approximate).
Required Abilities and Skills
Ability to create and manage summer youth programming; leadership level work experience related to recreation programs; ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Required Training and Experience

• Standard first aid with CPR training.

• Criminal Record including Vulnerable Sector check.

• Preference will be given to applicants with ECE or Bachelor of Education Training. Training costs, where applicable, will be covered for qualified candidates.
