We are currently hiring a Clinic Manager in Lillooet. Our manager is the team leader who is the specialist in clinic operations, training, and scheduling.

How to be a successful candidate:

Experience in optometry or optical field is an asset. Focus on leadership, accuracy, strong computer skills, active listening skills, and problem solving. Comfortable with sales, invoicing, dispensing glasses and contact lenses.

Strong technology skills. Learning computer programs such as Optosys EMR, optometry imaging software, Windows programs, Gmail, online video meetings, iPad, Slack, and Outlook.

Customer Experience Skills. Strong communication skills so that you can listen to our patients and help them in the best way possible.
