Term: Fulltime / Term 35 hours/week (27-week TWS through ISETP)
Wage: $18.00

Position Summary
The Administrative & Program Support Assistant reports to SEI – Program Coordinator serves as the 
primary point of contact for the office and provides essential support for community-led initiatives. 
This entry-level role is designed for a motivated individual eager to develop professional 
administrative skills while actively supporting St'at'imc education, language and cultural 
revitalization. 
The successful candidate will collaborate with staff, Elders, and language speakers to ensure 
accurate support with data management and the smooth delivery of community programs and 
events.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
• College/University
Experience
• 1 to less than 7 months
Key Responsibilities
• Reception & Front Desk: Serve as the first contact for clients and visitors; manage phone 
calls and office inquiries.
• Data & Records Management: Perform data entry, maintain the student database system, 
and manage filing.
• Technical & Project Support: Assist with video equipment setup for recordings and help 
coworkers complete required project documentation.
• Community Outreach: Contact community Elders and language speakers; assist with 
organizing and attending community events.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Cultural Interest: Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in St'at'imc Language, 
Culture, and revitalization efforts.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high reliability, and a professional demeanor.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (entry-level training position).
• Preferred Assets: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and a valid Driver’s License.
