Talisker Resources is seeking two (2) Surface Operators to support operations at the Bralorne Mine. Reporting to the Operations team, this role will assist with surface mining activities, equipment operation, and general site support to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant mining operations. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year experience operating heavy machinery or in surface mining operations.

• Familiarity with mining site safety standards and protocols.

• Strong commitment to health & safety and a team-oriented work style.

• Ability to follow SOPs and work independently.

• Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather and remote mine site conditions.

• Safety certifications such as First Aid, Working at Heights, H2S Awareness, or Traffic Control are considered assets; willingness to obtain required training.

• Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or higher; Class 3/4 considered an asset).

• Eligible to work in Canada. 

Location: On-site at our remote Bralorne Mine in Bralorne, BC  

Job Type: Full-time, Regular  Schedule 14 days on / 14 days off, 10 hours per day

Compensation Range: CA$28.00-CA$36.00/hour, depending on experience
