Description

We are seeking two reliable, personable, and responsible part-time Bartenders to join our team. the ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced community focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to members and guests.

• Operate the point of sale system and handle cash/ credit transactions accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

• Restock supplies and inventory as needed

• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and Legion policies

• Engage with patrons in a friendly and respectful manner

• Assist with Legion events and functions as required

• Monitor patron behaviour and ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older

• Valid Serving it Right certification(required)

• Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods

Hours

• Part-time hours (approx, 12-20 hours week,depending on events and scheduling)

• $20/hr, negotiable, based on experience

• Opportunity for additional hours during special events
