Abundance Artisan Bakery in Lillooet is looking for full time Assistant Baker. Training will be provided. Medical and dental insurance coverage after 3 months of completion. Supports immigration as well. Candidate should be willing to move to Lillooet.

Duties:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a bakery or food industry preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work night and early mornings, weekends, required.
