•  Located at 687 Main St # 3, Lillooet, BC
•  Salary $19.00 to $21.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Duties:

• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
• Order supplies and equipment;
• Clean kitchen and work areas;
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
