Fields is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Lillooet Store.

About the Assistant Store Manager Position
As a FIELDS Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager on merchandise and inventory, loss prevention, health and safety, employee well-being, customer relationships, meeting revenue targets and other financial aspects of running a small business. You will work with and provide leadership to Store Associates, and will act as the Store Manager in the Manager’s absence. The Assistant Store Manager position is a key step in development towards a Store Manager position.
- 1-3 years retail experience
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Some level of Post Secondary education or equivalent is preferred
- Previous managerial experience is an asset
